Inaccurate Address: Most of the time, parcel is undelivered because of incorrect address given. Therefore, please check your address carefully when placing your order. A re-delivery fee will occur if parcel is resent to you. Depending on the case, customer might need to take responsibility for the cost.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt: If no one is home when your order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in your mail box for you to pick up your parcel in your local Post Office. If you item is delivered by Fastway and Allied Express, notifications will be made in advance. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.
Rejected by receiver: If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.
